Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Our restaurant:

The Kahala location opened as the second Hawaii location in January 2024.
We offer a sushi-centric OMAKASE course, featuring fresh ingredients sourced from Hawaii and imported directly from Japan.

Our restaurant has three dining areas, each with a modern yet Japanese-style design.
You can choose the one that suits your purpose and enjoy the different concepts.

Reservations:

Currently, we only offer dinner-time omakase courses, but we have plans to introduce additional menu options like à la carte, and more.

‐ Please inform us if you or anyone in your party has any dietary restrictions or allergies.

‐ In order to offer the best ingredients of the day, please note that the menu is subject to change.

‐ A credit card is required to hold all reservations. We will ask for credit card information upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

‐ Cancellation CHARGE within a day

Within 24 hours: 100% charge of the reserved course plus tax per guest.
This policy applies to both cancellations and reductions in party size.
