Responsibilities:

‐ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience.

‐ Train and manage servers, providing guidance on menu knowledge, service standards, and customer interaction.

‐ Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain efficient order delivery and uphold the quality of food and beverages.

‐ Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including the setting and clearing of tables.

‐ Efficiently process take-out orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

‐ Applicants must have prior managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Duties:

‐ Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards

‐ Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation

‐ Maintain a clean and organized work station

‐ Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service

‐ Assist with takeout orders as needed

Experience:

‐ Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred

‐ Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine

‐ Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely

‐ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Cook Experience:1year(Preferred)

Kitchen Chef Duties:

‐ Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Experience:

‐ Previous experience as a Kitchen Chef or in a similar role is preferred

‐ Wash specific items by hand

‐ Maintain and refill cleaning supplies and detergents

‐ Check and maintain operation of dishwashing machines

‐ Remove garbage at the end of the night

‐ Clean and sanitize dishwashing area regularly

Experience:

‐ Experience as a dishwasher preferred but not necessary

‐ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

‐ Punctual and reliable

Server Experience:1year(Preferred)

Salary:$14.00 per hour

Duties:
