Positions

Experienced Sushi Chef

Sushi Chef Experience:2years(Preferred)

Salary:$18.00 – $28.00 per hour

Duties:
‐ Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
‐ Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
‐ Maintain a clean and organized work station
‐ Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
‐ Assist with takeout orders as needed
Experience:
‐ Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred
‐ Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
‐ Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
‐ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experienced kitchen chef and kitchen assistant

Cook Experience:1year(Preferred)

Salary:$18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Kitchen Chef Duties:
‐ Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and culinary standards
‐ Oversee the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes
‐ Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
‐ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
‐ Collaborate with front-of-house staff for efficient service delivery
Kitchen Assistant Duties:
‐ Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking tasks
‐ Wash, peel, and chop ingredients as directed
‐ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
‐ Support the kitchen chef in ensuring timely and efficient food service
‐ Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Experience:
‐ Previous experience as a Kitchen Chef or in a similar role is preferred
‐ Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and various cuisines, including Japanese cuisine
‐ Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and utensils
‐ Effective leadership and communication skills
‐ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
‐ Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail

Dishwasher

Salary:$16.00 per hour

Duties:
‐ Collect used kitchenware from servers
‐ Load and unload dishwashing machine
‐ Wash specific items by hand
‐ Put away clean dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
‐ Maintain and refill cleaning supplies and detergents
‐ Check and maintain operation of dishwashing machines
‐ Remove garbage at the end of the night
‐ Clean and sanitize dishwashing area regularly
Experience:
‐ Experience as a dishwasher preferred but not necessary
‐ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
‐ Punctual and reliable
Server

Server Experience:1year(Preferred)

Salary:$14.00 per hour

Duties:
‐ Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
‐ Explain the menu, including sushi and Japanese cuisine, and assist guests in making their selections.
‐ Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality of food and beverages.
‐ Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
‐ Process take-out orders efficiently and accurately.
Experience:
‐ Preferably has working experience as a server.
‐ Be familiar with Japanese cuisine and be able to explain the menu to customers.
‐ Must be proficient in using serving trays, carrying plates, and balancing multiple orders.
‐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
‐ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
