- Responsibilities:
- ‐ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience.
- ‐ Train and manage servers, providing guidance on menu knowledge, service standards, and customer interaction.
- ‐ Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain efficient order delivery and uphold the quality of food and beverages.
- ‐ Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including the setting and clearing of tables.
- ‐ Efficiently process take-out orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Qualifications:

- ‐ Collaborate with front-of-house staff for efficient service delivery.

- ‐ Assist with takeout orders as needed
- Experience:
- ‐ Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred
- ‐ Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
- ‐ Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely

- ‐ Put away clean dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
- ‐ Maintain and refill cleaning supplies and detergents
- ‐ Check and maintain operation of dishwashing machines
- ‐ Remove garbage at the end of the night
- ‐ Clean and sanitize dishwashing area regularly
- Experience:
- ‐ Experience as a dishwasher preferred but not necessary
- ‐ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ‐ Punctual and reliable
Server
Server Experience:1year(Preferred)
Salary:$14.00 per hour
- Duties:
- ‐ Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
