Born in Mie Prefecture, Japan, he honed his skills as a sushi chef by training in gourmet destinations around the world including Singapore, Dubai, and Tokyo.

The General Manager, Nobuhiro Miyazaki, studied in Seattle, USA for five years and obtained a culinary license upon returning to Japan. He worked in various restaurants in Japan before operating his own restaurant in Hawaii in 2017, gaining valuable experience. Leveraging his experience in restaurant management in Hawaii, I will deliver the finest hospitality learned in Japan to our customers.
