We are excited to announce that we have renewed our Omakase course and a la carte menu to showcase the finest flavors of Japan’s winter season starting December 6th.

Japan experiences four distinct seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—each bringing its own fresh fish and delicious foods.

As we transition to winter, we have begun sourcing ingredients such as Shirako and Zuwai crab, offering dishes that highlight these seasonal flavors.
