We are thrilled to announce that starting September 5, we have updated our Omakase course and à la carte menu to showcase the finest flavors of Japan’s autumn season.

Japan experiences four distinct seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—each bringing its own fresh fish and delicious foods. As we transition from summer to autumn, we have begun sourcing ingredients harvested during Japan’s autumn season and offering dishes that highlight these seasonal flavors.
